Log a disclosure / suspicion

SpeakUp JCB is NOT an emergency service. Please do not report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property as we may not be able to reply immediately. If you require emergency assistance, please contact your public emergency service. 

Reports are completely confidential, and you are not required to reveal your identity unless you choose to do so or if it is required by the applicable laws. You should provide as much information as possible to facilitate any subsequent action or investigation. Personal details and information provided to SpeakUp JCB may be disclosed to law enforcement agencies or regulatory authorities, as required to meet applicable laws, rules, and regulations. 

After report submission, you may login at “Check Status” using your Disclosure ID and the Password that you set when you logged your disclosure/suspicion. If you forgot your password, you can reset it by sending an email to whistleblowing@eu.speakupjcb.com with your Disclosure ID. 

Disclosure Security
Please select the disclosure level relating to your personal identity details.
Both parties will treat your identity as confidential and will reveal it only, where necessary, to those investigating your concern.
You choose to share your name with Deloitte only. JCB will not be given your identity, even if they request it. Deloitte will keep your identity strictly confidential.
You choose to remain completely anonymous. You will not provide your name or any personal details, and no one will know who raised the concern.
